Is your daughter ready to discover her remarkable self? Join us for a term of fun, interactive classes designed specifically for girls in grades 4-6.

Our Confidence Program focuses on helping girls build genuine self-belief and develop practical skills to feel more confident in themselves and the way they approach everyday challenges. Through our curriculum, girls will explore:

• Self-Belief – Understanding what confidence really means and learning that their worth isn’t defined by grades, mistakes or other people’s opinions

• Positive Self-Talk – Recognising their inner critic and learning to respond to unhelpful thoughts in a more supportive way

• Confidence Mindset – Challenging negative thinking and learning to look at situations in a more balanced and helpful way
